At Redii, we believe retirement benefits shouldn’t be limited by borders, job types, or outdated systems. We’re building modern infrastructure to help companies offer flexible, global retirement plans to all their team members — no matter where they live or work. Because planning for the future isn’t a luxury. It’s a right. And we’re here to make that future accessible to everyone.
Redii began when our CEO, Armand Mignot, saw that startups and small-to-medium businesses — and their global teams — were being left behind. After the pandemic, international hiring took off thanks to the rise of global payroll providers. But as CFO at his previous venture, Armand realized it was still nearly impossible to offer equivalent benefits to international employees. Payroll had gone global, but benefits hadn’t caught up yet. So he and co-founder Henry Kobutra set out to fix that — and built Redii.
International teammates have long been left out of retirement benefits — even though the reasons for offering benefits haven’t changed. Benefits boost hiring, improve retention, and show employees you’re invested in their future. Redii helps companies extend those same advantages globally, making it easy to offer benefits parity for every team member, no matter where they live.
