Our story - founded by experience

Redii began when our CEO, Armand Mignot, saw that startups and small-to-medium businesses, and their global teams, were being left behind. After the Pandemic, international hiring took off thanks to the rise of global payroll providers. But as CFO at his previous venture, Armand realized it was still nearly impossible to offer equivalent benefits to international employees. Payroll had gone global, but benefits hadn’t caught up yet. So he and co-founder Henry Kobutra set out to fix that - and built Redii.

2024

Launched in late 2024, Redii was born out of the post-pandemic shift toward global remote hiring.
